The Trumbull House B&B is conveniently located in Hanover, New Hampshire. We are just down the road from Creare, Hypertherm, EFI/Logic, and the Dartmouth Coach bus terminal with with service to Boston and Logan Airport. We’re less than ten minutes from Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Medical School, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, the Norris Cotton Cancer Center, and the Centerra Office Park, home to many companies including Tele Atlas, Fluent, and Novell. Lebanon's municipal airport is less than 15 minutes away, as are dozens of fine restaurants.
Our discounted mid-week business rate is available only for single occupancy reservations on Sunday thru Thursday evenings. Check our availability and book online. While we are happy to try to accommodate requests for specific rooms, we reserve the right to select the room when offering this preferential rate.
24-hour complimentary access to our Business Center lets our guests stay in touch. Designed specifically for our business travelers, the Business Center has a Dell computer, HP printer, scanner and fax machines. High speed wireless internet service extends throughout the main house.
The River Valley Club Health & Fitness Center is available to our guests at a discounted rate. Enjoy their state-of-the-art facilities and convenient hours - open from 4:45 am to 10:00 pm.
A sumptuous breakfast awaits our guests, served whatever time each guest requests. It begins with fresh fruit and freshly baked muffins or coffeecake, followed by a choice of entrée from our dozen or so menu items including Buttermilk Pancakes, Cinnamon French Toast, Tomato, Basil and Brie Omelet, Eggs Scrambled with Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese and Chives, Seven-Grain Hot Cereal and Granola with Vanilla Yogurt and Fresh Berries.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $25 processing charge for all cancellations.
For reservations including weekends and holidays: Cancellation of all or any part of your reservation less than two weeks prior to your arrival date results in a one-night charge. If we are unable to rebook the entire stay, any unreserved nights will be charged at the full rate. Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance of the arrival date results in full charges for the entire reservation.
For mid-week reservations: Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance of the arrival date results in full charges for the entire reservation.
Other Terms & Conditions: We take a one-night deposit when a reservation is made and the balance upon check-out. We accept all major credit cards, travelers checks, and BedandBreakfast.com Gift Certificates. We have billing arrangements with most departments at Dartmouth College and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center as well as with many local businesses.
Our rates are double occupancy and do not include New Hampshire's 8% Room & Meals tax. Most of our rooms can easily accommodate more than two people. We charge $25 per person above double occupancy and appreciate advance notice. Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm; check-out at 11am. We do our best to accommodate guests' needs outside these hours.
On weekends, holidays and during foliage season (September 15 thru October 31) we have a two-night minimum. For weekends, if the reservation is for a single Friday or single Saturday night, we charge a 30% premium for that night.
Smoking is not permitted within the house. We do not accept guest pets in the main house as we have two dogs and three cats of our own. Due to the high incidence of pet allergies, we do not allow our pets into the B&B side of the house. Our pets stay on the family side and you are welcome to visit with them if you wish. The Ranch is an excellent "doggy daycare and spa" just two miles away that offers boarding options.
