Each bedroom at The Trumbull House B&B is unique. Our online tour gives a flavor of the distinctive New England décors, just click on one of the rooms from the list above.

Even though a picture is worth a thousand words, it can't show you how comfortable the beds are or how fluffy the towels feel. Pillow-top mattresses make the beds feel as though you’re sleeping on a cloud. Our high thread count all-cotton sheets are soft and silky. Down pillows and comforters complete the ensemble.

In addition to exceptionally comfortable beds, each room has cable TV, VCR and DVD players, high speed wireless internet, a generous desk area, radio/alarm clock, and access to iron and ironing board. We maintain a library of DVDs and VHS tapes in the living room for our guests to enjoy, as well as books of local interest. Cordless phones are on every floor. Coffee is available downstairs, because our Bunn Coffeemaker makes coffee so much better than those little coffee makers found in most hotel rooms. We are always happy to brew a fresh pot for you.

Bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with the fluffiest of towels and bath mats. Soaps, conditioning shampoo and lotion are delicately scented. Hairdryers are available in every room. And, if you arrive without a necessary toiletry item we will be happy to provide it.

Many people open their windows at night to enjoy the fresh New Hampshire air, the sound of the babbling Mink Brook across the street, and the sound of the peepers (tiny frogs) in the spring. During the summer we add room air conditioners, although they’re rarely needed. In the winter you can enjoy a toasty fire in the living room before heading up to your cozy room, most of which have their own heat control.

If you are visiting midweek and the room you would prefer appears to be booked, please call us! Because we assign rooms to our mid-week single occupancy business guests, we usually have the flexibility to accommodate specific regular rate room requests.
